Texas, here we come

hello everyone, i just wanted to let everyone know that this weekend i will be making the big move to texas. i will not be blogging for a couple weeks until i get my computer hooked up down there and i unpack the stuff i need to get my pictures from my camera to the computer. so i will be back in the blogging routine soon.  and i have lots of pictures to blog that are on my camera. so i hope everyone has a great day and i will see you all later.

Capturing Moments

this is my nephew mason and andon. they love to sit and play together

we tried to get andon to give mason kisses and aparently, mason enjoyed taking it a little further. it was real funny to watch them.

i love capturing mikenna  and andon playing together like this. it is so priceless to me and i had to take a picture.

when they saw the camera they had to give big smiles.

Flashback Friday

christmas 2007- this is in the morning at home. the kids had a blast opening gifts

Fun in the Sun

mikenna and andon had a fun day playing in the water with all there cousins. 

it was hot outside but the water was still cold

andon was not a fan of the water...

he spent most of the time with us under the shade

Swimming Lesson

mikenna took swimming lessons this spring and loved it. she did real well and learned what i hoped she would learn in the short amount of time.

she was in the play area and i had her swim to me 

a couple times i had to take andon with me and he wanted to wander a lot so i found a way to keep him busy, put mikenna's goggles on him. he does look adorable still.

Flashback Friday

last august, we went to a family reunion. all the kids were dressed up as cowboy/cowgirl and indians. so here is my neice and nephews with mikenna. from left to right there is kaden, jared, treston, mikenna, and maegan.

andon was 6 months old and just learning to sit up

we rented some quads while we were there and here john and i are with andon getting ready to go for a ride

mikenna is riding with grandpa. she loved the quads.

we also did some volleyball playing and as you can see john and i are on separate teams. john is never on my team because he would rather compete against me and rub it in my face later if he wins. such a sweet husband:)

- i love being pregnant, getting a fat tummy, and carrying my baby to my due date. recently, i have found more people that hate being pregnant and are always so happy to have their babies earlier than there due date. not me, i guess i am just an oddball

- i love ice cream, especially cold stone, and every time i go there i get the same thing, sweet cream ice cream with cherry pie filling and pie crust. yummy

- i am a perfectionist and i get a little nutty with weird things that i want to be organized and perfect that when i set out mikenna's clothes for her, i make sure her panties match the color of her outfit.

Ballet

this spring mikenna took a ballet class because she loves to dance. she really enjoyed it and we loved watching her.mikenna was posing for me before she went to one of her ballet classes

this is our family at mikenna's ballet performance. it was just her class showing the families what they had learned in the class 

she got silly because we were there watching her

this was when they ran and jumped. she practiced this a lot at home and was real cute to watch.
